Working with Seaford Associates Luxembourg include present and recent school directors drawn from the international school world as well as counselors, teachers, business managers, and board members with international experience.
How We Work
Projects are undertaken by Seaford Associates Luxembourg following an initial consultation with the school either on-site or distance. A time frame for completion of the planned initiative is set along with cost estimate, frequent ongoing consultation with the school is carried out as part of the consultancy. Seaford Associates Luxembourg will offer consultation only in those areas where it can provide genuine expertise.What We Cost
Estimates of the cost of projects are provided to the employing school at the beginning. These are usually of two types:
(1) a fixed rate for the accomplishment of a specific task or set of tasks, or (b) expenses + the consultant's time at a set daily rate. In general, in-the -field consultancy fees are calculated at a rate of $450 per day + expenses for each consultant.
